Please read these terms carefully before purchasing Win-Bundles or participating in weekly draws.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Automatic Account Creation
By dialling *6700*333#, accessing https://www.winbundle.africa, using the Win-Bundle mobile application, or purchasing Win-Bundles through authorized merchant and bank channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase Win-Bundles.
No Prior Sign-Up Required: Users do not need to register, create an account, or complete any signup forms prior to purchase. A Win-Bundle customer account and associated Win Wallet are generated automatically upon your first successful purchase transaction, uniquely identified and authenticated by your mobile phone number (MSISDN).
2. Platform Operator & Regulatory Status
Win-Bundle is operated by SaltinGStein Limited, with corporate offices at No. 177a Moshood Olugbani Street, Off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. All promotional prize draws and rewards mechanisms operate in strict compliance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and applicable Nigerian gaming and promotional guidelines.
3. The Utility & Ticket Allocation Split
Every Win-Bundle transaction constitutes a dual-benefit purchase of everyday consumer utilities combined with promotional sweepstakes entries:
- Purchases ₦200 and above: 70% of the gross transaction value is credited immediately as tangible utility value (Airtime to your phone line, or electricity kilowatt tokens to your prepaid/postpaid meter). The remaining 30% is allocated as Win Tickets for the upcoming weekly draw.
- Purchases under ₦200: The split operates at 50% utility value and 50% Win Tickets to account for fixed carrier and DisCo distribution costs.
- Once confirmed and credited, utility recharges are final and non-refundable.
4. Weekly Draw Mechanics & Eligibility
- Schedule: Draws are conducted every Saturday at 6:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT).
- Entry Window:Entries close at 5:00 PM WAT on draw day. Only tickets issued between 5:00 PM WAT on the previous Saturday and 4:59 PM WAT on the current Saturday participate in that week's draw; tickets issued from 5:00 PM WAT onwards go into the following Saturday’s draw.
- Fairness & Randomness: Winners are selected using an auditable, cryptographically seeded random number generator. Pre-draw commitment hashes are logged to verify that draw outcomes cannot be altered.
- Reset: Tickets expire at the conclusion of each weekly draw and do not carry over to subsequent weeks.
5. Prizes & Payouts
Weekly prizes range up to a maximum ceiling of ₦50,000,000 across multiple prize tiers:
- Winners are notified immediately via SMS to the mobile phone number (MSISDN) used for the purchase.
- Prizes are credited directly to the customer’s Win wallet on the draw date without any claiming fee or mandatory in-person collection.
- Users may transfer winnings from their Win wallet to any verified Nigerian commercial bank or mobile money operator account.
- SaltinGStein Limited reserves the right to request standard Bank Verification Number (BVN) validation or government-issued ID for major jackpot withdrawals to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
6. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
In the event of network timeouts, delayed meter tokens, or prize queries, users can contact Win-Bundle customer care via email at support@winbundle.africa or by dialling customer service during working hours. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria under the Arbitration and Mediation Act.
